If he doesn't get more than a slap on this wrist for these recent threats, there will be no limit to what he will say and do.

Yes and no. His only defense is that he has free speech even though Smith has made it clear the indictments are for actions, not speech. Nonetheless, if Trump were to be locked up for social media posts, three things could happen. First, the maggots would lose control and riot; second, it would strengthen the free speech defense; and finally it would complicate and delay Trump’s conviction. Delay is what he wants, so Smith isn’t taking this bait, just yet. Ie. I’m not convinced this breaking bail conditions isn’t a ploy to delay the trial.
I agree. But.. his social media posts cause maggots to turn to violence against witnesses. The judge explicitly told him not to threaten witnesses and is now demanding an answer by 5 today. We'll see what happens.
Exactly! It’s between a rock and a hard place. Although I know his plan, I still would love to see him behind bars until the trial. Which means he would most likely never leave and we wouldn’t hear his whiny voice or see his ugly face.
