Some democrats are speaking up loud and clear: Kamala Harris is doing an excellent job of that from what I've seen. We need more like her, who are not afraid to be outspoken. Our lives depend on it.

Thank you for this. I think polling this far out is just crap. And it's NOT news, since the methodologies are closer to alchemy than science. INSTEAD focus on real votes since 2020. What do these HARD data tell us? Generally, the GOP is toxic. Absolutely Toxic. Okay, so that's what the Dems need to focus on, not bad data. Thanks for hammering this home.

These are all great ideas, Dean. Do you have any inroads into the Biden campaign so they can use some of them? Oh....and maybe working with the Lincoln Project. They do great ads.

Dems need to get off the idea of the “purity test”! Biden was not my first, second or even third choice last time around but he has shown he’s a damn fine person and president. He was the choice that made it to the General and I happily voted for him in 2020. Now, while yes he is older than would be ideal, it is the best candidate on either side. Is he perfect, no. But he is an excellent president and if, God forbid, he can no longer do the job, Kamala is right there to step in without missing a beat.

Dems need to stop listening to the media sound bites and do their research. It will pan out that Biden is not only competent, but he is more than so.

Please have Rachel Bitecofer - Hit Em where it Hurts. It’s a good read.

Agreed! Polls have indeed given insight into what Biden and Democrats need to focus on during the next months to show the stark differences between Biden and Democracy and Trump and Fascist Authoritarian rule. The fact Orban has been invited to Trump's home and accepted is a huge red flag.

Not everyone is on social media, so my suggestion is to use billboards in swing states showing both Biden’s successes, and tfg’s crimes. Almost everyone drives, so these will be planting seeds of thought in all who see them.

Do we know that these polls are entirely free of Russian cyber interference? Cannot online polls be hacked?

Polls don't vote. People do. Screw the polls. We must get everyone to show up on November 5th and vote Blue. That's the only way we'll save this nation from utter destruction by Trump, Putin, and the GOP. It's that simple. Democracy or fascism. It couldn't be an easier choice.

Thanks for this update-as one of the 41% I appreciate youir post as a balm that got down from my Monday News Freakout Tree! I was thinking about the polls and wondering why the NYTimes is being so douchy about Trump.

I was at a farmers market on Sunday here in SF and sadly overheard three white guys (mid-late 30s) talking about Biden's age and how he can barely talk etc. It unnerved me because hearing this before the SCOTUS crap yesterday... You're doing God's work Dean-even though I'm a Buddhist! All blessings.

I still think Rupert Murdoch should appear on TV and explain to Fox News viewers what a bunch of garbage they've been consuming.

Mr. Dean is absolutely right. We need to take a different approach about promoting all the positive things Biden has promoted and accomplished for the good of our country. We need more leaders promoting and spreading a positive message that will inspire us to get out and vote for Biden.

We have been bombarded by the news media with much negative information about trumpet that the good Biden has done has been put on the background .Democrats need to be more proactive if we want to have a president that will do the right things for us. And it does not matter if you are republican, democrat or liberal , the benefits of a good leader will benefit us all and not just a few.

Manifest to the universe who we want to be our next leader.
