It’s no surprise that the criminal commits more crimes every time he acts on his impulses. He knows no other behavior that isn’t self-serving, juvenile and corrupt.
Interesting the state vs federal take on this. My colleagues (biomedical research) are always amazed when I tell them that death data is owned by the state you die in and the cost of getting that data for research can be quite high.
Perhaps Georgia's Fulton County should shut them down and demand all profits be returned to Fulton County and all products destroyed. Why not? Those profits can help defeat the costs of protection details required due to MAGA threats.

On a related note, please inform your audience that Halloween has been cancelled this year. So many kids will want the "Donald Mugshot Mask" that the entire country would be terrorized and people handing out candy will lock their doors and turn off the lights due to severe trauma from being exposed to the sight of embodied evil. Also, the risk of death from weapons of war is too high across the nation to both the kids and the people trying to pass out candy. (I wrote a letter to the editor to that effect which was printed, albeit in a much condensed version).
When one goes to the county jail to turn themselves in under the threat of arrest, they have indeed, SURRENDERED. If I am not mistaken, that term is exactly how law enforcement refers to this action when taken by the accused/indicted person, “SURRENDER”.
The copyright violation aside, does the seizure of “ill-gotten gains” only come into play if he’s actually convicted of the crimes and not just charged?

The Fulton County PD/Sheriff’s Office should sue for copyright infringement and damages. Think of all the added revenue! They could use it to pay for judgments against bad cops who’ve violated someone’s rights instead of taxpayers, for once! -or- They could only issue warnings for petty traffic infringements for a year or so.
