It seems like so long ago when one white lady all decked out in Trump swag gushed into the camera, "We love him because he is just like us." Having met a number of them since then I admit, no truer words were ever spoken. There are a lot of really dangerous people among us. We have to beat them at voting and then try to fix this mess. (May Andrew Johnson and John Wilkes Booth burn in Hell forever.)
I find I can’t listen to tfg; his spewing of hate, vitriol and lies assaults my senses more than I can handle. And now I find I can’t listen to the other Republiqan candidates either because they are running to correct Biden’s “failed policies” without ever stating exactly what his failed policies are. I find myself screaming at the tv “exactly what are these failed policies, name them!!” But I know they won’t because they can’t; all the cult needs to hear is “Biden’s failed policies” to believe what they are being told. They don’t need specifics because, you know, cult.
I don’t know much about cults but MAGA - what I know of them - seem to fit that definition. I know that sometimes there have been court hearings over whether or not certain organisations are cults.
But in a way how can he even be running - d t - if all this stuff is out there - and doesn’t his portrayal of himself as do wronged have a certain sort of ‘fathers for justice’ credibility? And for pities sake I am not pro d t - all these people keep voting for him though...just wanting to understand...
If the MSM were honest about how successful the administration has been, despite the first two years of the slimmest of majorities and having two Republican Senators in the Democratic caucus, there would be no contest, Biden/Harris would be miles ahead. If there were no contest we would be certain of the winner and knowing who it is would alleviate our fears. Being certain of the winner we would not pay as much attention and the MSM would not be in a position to see billions in campaign ads leading to hundreds of millions in profits and large bonuses and stock dividends. I question the methodology of the polls, assuming they are using a method and not just making up the numbers.

Yes it’s such a merry go round. How can American politics just generally get better? I barely know where to start wit it because the system is so convoluted plus the horrendous cost means they have to be rich as rich. In fact the democrats are not well funded I know that much so it will be hard for them. Plus all the Silicon Valley people where do they stand with it? Commenting as someone from the U.K.
Well the one things Dems do well is raise $. That is not the issue. It's that MAGA is truly a fascist movement and we have never seen that in our lifetimes. Many Democratic leaders and corporate media are not equipped how to respond. These are dangerous times for our Republic

That is what is so alarming. Trump can attempt a coup is one thing, 60% of GOP base supporting Trump and that coup is how democracies die
