The rules don't apply to Dick A'la Orange, never have, and never will. As long as a person has enough money to hire lawyers (even bad ones) they are always going to wear the system down. The system uses tax payer money and "it"(the publics system) will always weigh whether to spend that money on White Collar.
The only difference in This instance is Old Yeller is now "working for the people" and being in the public spotlight he is held to a higher "standard". He's always raised the middle finger to the system. I don't see him, ever, spending one night in jail. THIS is what 70,000,000 people in this Country voted for. Stunning in its ignorance, sadly.
From what I have heard, this Judge will not tolerate any bs. & unfortunately, the gag order would be a little too little too late. The MAGA's have already called to NY by MTG....I think we should let the red states secede. They will fail before too long without any federal $. Climate change has already started to be bad in FL & TX & pretty much all the other red states. I will not spend any $ anywhere that the citizens have elected the monsters.
Finding an unbiased jury is going to be the biggest problem with prosecuting Trump, and that's the part that worries me. I want him held accountable, but I don't want there to be any any question at all that his supporters could use to rally against his conviction.
I'm pleased to see justice coming down on his head, but I think his arrest and trial is going to spark some real danger. Be safe, American friends!
