Regular defendants would not be allowed to get away with this type of behavior. The judicial system has been so overwhelmingly concerned about protecting the free speech rights of tRump that it has actually infringed on the rights of others.

I was part of a small group that took the time to track down the person who radicalized him in the first place. I haven't looked lately but last time I did my impression was that guy had not even received an FBI visit. That's one of a handful of things I've been involved in uncovering over the years and my take is they were ignored, except for some stuff about Proud Boy Joe Biggs. It's since become public that the FBI *told* him where he was leaking, in order to keep him safe from "violent Antifa".
We need proper law enforcement, not ethnosectarian militias with badges.
