I like the picture. Quite simply people need to get to know individual Muslin folks and they will learn that most are regular people trying to live. And most are very nice and interesting to boot! As are Jewish people, et al. We have so much good we can learn from each other, but the right pushed all the negativity it can in front of us all.

As a Jewish person, I get it. The antisemitism against us is real and growing due to Trump and the racist right wing GQPS. I especially fear a Manchin run because that could potentially put Trump back in the White House and end our country as we know it. This is the time to put away any sort of problems from our past and unite together as persecuted people. On a side note, one of my best friends in high school was an Muslim. We used to address each other with, “How is my favorite Arab?” And “How is my favorite Jew?” We need to stand together. (((Hugs))).
Man he has REALLY turned up the racial and Christo-fascist rhetoric recently. It's interesting that we're seeing a backlash against a loon like DeSantis and everything he's doing in FL but Trump is now pushing all of those same talking points. It may win him big points with the fake evangelicals and MAGA bigots to say that it's because of him that abortion is banned, that he's going to tear down the US government and that he's going to enact bigger Muslim bans, but it only works in the Democrats' favor for the general election. The People don't want this!!! I don't even think that Trump is this extreme. He's just saying what he thinks his maniacal base wants to hear. Good for VP Harris to send the exact opposite message.
