Trump didn’t just meet the 14-year-old child Epstein was abusing--he put her in his beauty pageant
Did Trump create a pipeline between the pageant and Epstein?
Donald Trump’s corrupt Attorney General Pam Bondi did what was expected with her “release” of the Epstein files. The documents were either wildly redacted or curated to focus on Bill Clinton.
But one page of the documents has attracted a great deal of attention. That is is an excerpt of pleadings from a 2020 civil lawsuit by an Epstein victim against his estate. That lawsuit alleged Epstein took the then 14-year-old victim to Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate. There, Epstein elbowed Trump, asking, “This is a good one, right?” In response, Trump smiled and nodded in agreement.
However, here is the thing. That pleading has long been public and has been already reported on many times in the past. But focusing on just that would make you miss the far more damning evidence from Ghislaine Maxwell’s 2021 criminal trial about Trump’s role with this 14-year-old child that Epstein and Maxwell were sexually assaulting. In fact, I’ve written several articles this year raising these points—but given all the attention now on Trump meeting the 14 year-old victim, my hope is more people see how Trump empowered Epstein.
What we learned from sworn testimony in Maxwell’s 2021 federal criminal trial was that Epstein brought this 14-year-old child he was having sex with to meet Trump. Apparently, Epstein was so close to Trump he felt comfortable bring a child he was raping to meet Donald.
“Jane Doe” (a pseudonym) testified in Maxwell’s criminal trial that in 1994, when she was just 14 years-old, Maxwell began grooming her by befriending her, buying her gifts and introducing her to Epstein. From there, she would visit Epstein’s house on the promise he would help her and her family given her father had died shortly before. But in reality, they were simply grooming her sex.
As “Jane” testified, she was first molested at 14 years old by Epstein and Maxwell. During the trial, she described in graphic detail incidents of sexual abuse with Epstein that Maxwell would at times join in on--both in Palm Beach, Florida, and Manhattan when she was 14, 15 and 16 years old.
It was in that time frame at 14 years of age, when Epstein brought Trump to meet her. This was the exact testimony at Maxwell’s trial:
Question by defense lawyer Laura Menninger to Jane: “Mr. Epstein introduced you to Donald Trump, correct?” “He took you to Mar-a-Lago when you were 14, you claim?”
Answer: “Yes.”
Question: “He took you in a dark green car and you met Donald Trump there, correct?”
Answer: “Correct.”
That exchange was reported by media outlets in 2021—as this headline from NBC News at the time told us: “Jeffrey Epstein introduced me to Trump at 14, Ghislaine Maxwell accuser says.”
As “Jane” testified, she was raped and sexually abused by Epstein for two more years after she was introduced to Trump. That means Trump could’ve easily prevented this evil by simply calling the authorities.
But Trump’s role is more incriminating that just doing nothing. As “Jane” testified during the criminal trial, in 1998, she was a contestant in Trump’s Miss Teen USA pageant—the one where Trump would walk in on the teenage contestants as they were getting dressed.
There is no way that is a coincidence. This tells me that Trump was helping Epstein by providing his victims with something tangible. Was this to incentivize them to keep quiet? Or worse, was there a pipeline where Trump was providing Epstein with young girls from his Miss Teen pageant? Will a complete release of the files provide us more evidence to answer these questions?!
It’s unclear but we do know that just a few years later--in 2002--Trump made his infamous comments to New York magazine praising his close friend Epstein. That is when Trump said: “I’ve known Jeff for fifteen years. Terrific guy. He’s a lot of fun to be with.” Trump then added, “it is even said that he likes beautiful women as much as I do, and many of them are on the younger side.”
Given we know that Epstein introduced his 14 year-old victim to Trump before that comment, there is only one common sense reading of that last line. And that is Trump knew exactly what Epstein was involved in.
Trump’s own DOJ tells us there were “over one thousand victims” of Epstein’s sex ring which ran from the early 1990’s onwards. If Trump had simply alerted the police when Epstein introduced him in 1994 to his 14-year-old victim, think of all the lives that would have changed for the better? How many children and women would have been saved from Epstein’s evil?!
But Trump choose to protect his “terrific” friend Epstein over the women and girls. And worse, it appears from “Jane’s” testimony in the Maxwell criminal trial, Trump was helping Epstein achieve his evil goals by providing a child victim with a place in his Miss Teen USA pageant.
Overall, the release of the files is not for political purposes—it’s for the survivors of Epstein’s abuse. They deserve it. And many have said in the past that a full release of the files would help them heal.
Yet this latest drop of files by Trump’s DOJ includes so many redactions and appears so incomplete that it only raises more questions. In fact, many of the Epstein survivors slammed Trump’s DOJ for redacting so much information. As Jess Michaels, one of the earliest known victims of Epstein told the NY Times on Saturday: “What are they protecting? The coverup continues.”
She is 100% correct: “The cover up continues.” And it does so to protect Trump and other powerful men involved.
Every single person involved-- regardless of political party--must be held accountable for their role in the largest child and women sex ring in our lifetimes. The survivors deserve it. Plus, that is the only way to deter others from exploiting women and children like this in the future.
