Thank you for your terrific insight. I appreciate it. I'm an attorney licensed in NY, and I like to keep informed of critical information such as the info you present. I think your column is a great place for non-lawyers to get their information too. Thank you!

Dean,

Trump and Hegseth both need to go before the ICC. Any member country can apprehend them and only fear of the United States keeps it from happening. Another person that you didn’t mention and seldom gets mentioned by anyone because he is not making outrageous comments on a daily basis is General Dan “Raizin” Caine, the Chairman of the of the Joint Chief of Staff. He is in on every military decision made by the Regime. I have read or heard nothing that he objected to any decision by Trump or Hegseth since he took office following the outrageous dismissal of General Charles Brown his predecessor. He too needs to be held accountable too. Alone of these scoundrels, Caine has enough military education, including military law, and the laws of war. Of all of them he has no excuse not to hold his ground and refuse to concur with illegal orders.

Caine serves as the senior Military advisor to the President, as well as the head of the Service Chiefs. He sets policy and advises the President. He is not in the operational chain of command. That goes from the President to the Secretary of Defense, to the Combatant Commander and the units carrying out the operations. However, he advises all of them and signs DOD policies and regulations. His position is much like Field Marshal Wilhelm Keitel, Hitler Chief of the Oberkommando Des Wehrmacht from 1938 onwards. Keitel and his Deputy, General Alfred Jodl, drafted orders which authorized and ordered units of the Wehrmacht to commit war crimes and mass murder. Quite often such orders are highly restricted to a few individuals and are not released to the public, even the Nazis had enough sense not to give the wide release.

Here is my article from last night that discusses this subject. This is very important and Inhope that you will share it. https://dundas.substack.com/p/the-sentence-of-field-martial-wilhelm

Anyway. Thank for all that you do, report on and expose. As always, be safe and watch you six.

We don’t recognize the ICC. That’s not going to happen

It may if there is an arrest warrant and any ICC member country they visit in the future executes it - which would be so sweet. So Pete forget about any future European holidays.

Kegseth and the admiral should be court marshalled

Donovan Marley's avatar

If Hegseth ordered military strikes on civilian vessels in international waters, he committed a crime; if Hegseth ordered a second strike to kill two survivors who were clinging to the burning hull, he, every officer who relayed the orders, and the individuals who released the munitions committed murder. If—when he gave the order to violate international laws—Hegseth was relaying an order from the Whitehouse, Donald Trump is guilty of murder.

Right in the money,Dean! I hope this will at the very least discredit any future “commands” while the courts conduct their deliberations.

We must stay on top of this as we did with the Epstein files. Keep it front and center. Flood Congress's phone lines--every day!!

Lance Khrome's avatar

Kegsbreath didn't *commit* the murders, he *ordered* them...and whoever Adm. Bradley in turn *ordered* to send the explosive to the wrecked boat *committed* the actual murders. *ALL* are equally culpable, and it is very problematic if *ANY* will be punished.

I hope the admiral likes the view from under the bus, because that's where he's going.

Just watched Sen Mark Kelly press conference. He rebutted the unlawful prez, ill equipped DEFSEC actions, threats against the Brave 6, pressed for congressional hearings on illegal acts. Mark Kelly should be DEFSEC, not Fox ranter. Trump should be aware of the blowback all his inept toadies are getting! But he's off ranting on TS, hasn't a clue what's happening.

Clair here💕As others have noted he will not face any consequences for the actions of murder that was committed by his direct orders..

Trump has the power to pardon which he will should it become necessary ..snd it probably won’t ..

Seal Team 6 also won’t take a hit.. although The perpetrator is now saying it’s all a made up lie .. if it “ holds up” then Seal Team 6 could very well face the consequences ., as sacrificial lambs.

Trump has no loyalty to anyone else except himself..

Thank you.. things change at “ warp “speed..Trump now claims that it was an US Naval Admiral that issued the order to “ kill them all”.. I’m wondering just how close to retirement is this Admiral and if he was pressured or threatened to take the rap… there has away to much behind the scenes schemes and plots to give this much or any credibility.. .. the plot will stir and thicken “ until it’s just right for the picking ..

Who knows, perhaps Alito and Thomas may “ sweeten the pot “

So, hold your nose and bow your head, we are passing by the death of democracy..

He'll probably be removed from the position....but won't be held accountable for the needless deaths for years.

Military, are you observing military get thrown under the bus for blowing up boats. This is only the beginning.

Republican Congress, are you watching people get thrown under the bus by Trump and the administration.

You’re next.

Brilliant expose...watching from afar the actions of Trump and Hegseth, breeds such a sense of relief that I don't live in the US, but also makes my blood simultaneously run cold, and boil, at their unfettered evil actions, and they ARE evil...it's time they went...long overdue

Nuremberg seems like a perfect location for their trials. Maybe the old scaffolding is still available.

Of course they were only following orders. Where have we that before. Oh, yeah, Nuremberg.
