There are a little more than 154,000 prisoners currently in the federal prison system. Many will be there for years--or even the rest of their lives. That is unless you are a pro-Trump Republican—preferably white and rich. Then Trump will set you free despite all the pain you caused with your crimes to innocent people and communities.

So let’s meet the GOP scumbags that Trump has pardoned over the last few weeks.

First up is Paul Walczak, who ran various healthcare companies where he took money out of his employees check for Social Security and Medicare. We are talking over $7.4 million dollars. But instead of paying that money to the federal government as required by law so that his employees could be paying into these programs for their future benefits, he kept it. As the DOJ documented, Walczak spent the money on a yacht and for personal purchases at retailers such as Bergdorf Goodman, Cartier, and Saks.

Walczak’s scam first came to the attention of the IRS back in 2012. At the time, he agreed to make payments of the back taxes. But soon he reneged and was back to his old scamming ways. As DOJ explained, Walczak’s tax fraud “caused a tax loss to the IRS of $10,912,334.80.”

That is why in 2023 he was indicted by a Florida grand jury for “willfully failing to pay over employment taxes and to file individual income tax returns.” And in November 2024, Walczak pled guilty and was sentenced to 18 months in prison and ordered to pay $4,381,265.76 in restitution to the United States. At the time of sentencing, the judge stated that there “is not a get-out-of-jail-free card” for the rich.

Apparently the judge wasn’t aware that Walczak’s rich GOP mother Elizabeth Fago was a big Trump fundraiser who was going to ensure that there was a get out jail card for her son. She had raised millions for Trump—and even tried to deliver to the 2020 Trump campaign the diary of Joe Biden’s daughter, Ashley Biden, that she had located through operatives. But when Trump didn’t deliver the pardon swiftly after taking office in January, she donated $1 million last month to attend a Trump fundraiser at his country club. Well, that did the trick.

Three weeks later, Trump signed a full and unconditional pardon--which not only allowed Walczak to serving any jail time--it also relieved the scumbag from paying nearly $4.4 million in restitution.

Then there are the reality show scumbags, Todd and Julie Chrisley. Despite the Trump/GOP spin that they two were targeted by Democratic prosecutors for their pro-MAGA views, they were actually indicted in 2019 when Trump’s DOJ was in office. Yes, when Trump was in office!

The Chrisley’s starred in the reality show “Chrisley Knows Best,” where they billed themselves as self-made, God-fearing real estate moguls. In reality, as federal prosecutors laid out, their empire was “based on the lie that their wealth came from dedication and hard work” and they were “career swindlers who have made a living by jumping from one fraud scheme to another, lying to banks, stiffing vendors and evading taxes at every corner.”

This husband and wife crime team--as DOJ detailed-- “conspired to defraud community banks in the Atlanta area to obtain more than $36 million in personal loans.” To obtain these loans, they “submitted false bank statements, audit reports, and personal financial statements to Georgia community banks.” These two “God-fearing” people then spent the millions “on luxury cars, designer clothes, real estate, and travel – and used new fraudulent loans to pay back old ones.” In the end, they “filed for bankruptcy and walked away from more than $20 million of these fraudulently obtained loans.” And while the two were being investigated, they tried to obstruct the federal investigation by submitting a fraudulent document in response to a grand jury subpoena.

After a three-week federal trial, the Chrisley’s were convicted by a jury on June 7, 2022, of conspiracy to commit bank fraud, bank fraud, wire fraud, conspiracy to commit tax evasion as well as obstruction of justice. Todd was sentenced to 12 years in prison while Julie received a seven-year sentence. Keri Farley, Special Agent in Charge of FBI Atlanta said at the time, “As this sentencing proves, when you lie, cheat, and steal, justice is blind to your fame, fortune, and position.”

Wrong again, because in stepped the Chrisley’s well-connected daughter, Savannah Chrisley, a visible supporter of Trump and popular MAGA social media influencer. She even made a plea for a pardon in her speech at the Republican National Convention last July claiming her parents were “persecuted by rogue prosecutors” because of their public profile and their conservative beliefs. And earlier this month, Savannah was interviewed on Fox News by Trump’s daughter-in-law, Lara to make her plea to free her parents. That led to Trump’s pardon on Tuesday where he called these two scumbags, “Terrific people.”

Interestingly, just last week, Lifetime Network announced it was giving Savannah and her siblings a new reality show. Lifetime is part of A&E networks which is co-owned by Disney—the same network headed by a CEO that last week reportedly told the hosts on The View to “tone down their Trump bashing.”

But wait there is more. Another scumbag pardoned by Trump this week was former Culpeper County Sheriff Scott Jenkins, a long time Trump supporter who a jury found guilty of accepting more than $75,000 in bribes. The evidence against this corrupt cop was so strong—including undercover video of Culpepper literally accepting the $75,000 bribe—that the jury deliberated for only two hours before convicting him one count of conspiracy, four counts of honest services fraud, and seven counts of bribery concerning programs receiving federal funds.

Culpepper was sentenced to ten years in prison but on Monday Trump pardoned this bad cop saying he was a "a victim of an overzealous Biden Department of Justice" who "doesn’t deserve to spend a single day in jail." He wasn’t. But because he was a pro-Trump Republican, Trump protected him.

Then there was the recent Trump pardon of Michele Fiore—known as “Lady Trump”— who was found guilty by a jury in October of six counts of federal wire fraud and one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud. What did “Lady Trump” do? She had raised $70,000 for a statue to honor Las Vegas police office Alyn Beck, who was shot and killed with his partner in 2014. But instead of using the money she raised to honor the fallen officer, Fiore spent it on personal expenses such as plastic surgery and her daughter’s wedding.

But since she was a former GOP office holder and a big Trump supporter, Trump did what he did for the other GOP criminals and pardoned her. And Trump lied while doing it, claiming Fiore had been targeted for “her outspoken conservative views.” No, like the other GOP scumbags, she was prosecuted for committing crimes.

Of course, before these vile people, Trump pardoned the despicable terrorists who attacked our Capitol on Jan. 6. If you are a rich Republican or one who will commit violence on Trump’s behalf, Trump has your back.

We all know Trump is a corrupt scumbag. The key is to make sure we tie the GOP as a party to Trump’s corruption this November and especially in the 2026 midterms. Today’s GOP gave us Trump, they must be made to pay for that at the ballot box!
