Former FBI agent Frank Figliuzzi says prosecuting Trump for Obstruction of justice is a "slam dunk."

Former FBI Assistant Director Frank Figliuzzi—who you see just about daily on MSNBC as a National security analyst—joined me on my SiriusXM show where he laid why it is a “slam dunk” to prosecute Donald Trump for obstruction of justice in connection with his intentional withholding of documents at Mar-a-Lago. Frank also makes the great point that DOJ should charge Trump for obstruction in connection with the documents since that is the obvious difference between the documents involving Trump, President Biden and even Mike Pence.
